Furnaces

Furnaces in Spokane

When it's five below in January, your furnace is the hardest-working machine you own. Falco's installs high-efficiency Trane furnaces sized correctly for your home, keeps them tuned with seasonal maintenance, and shows up fast when one quits on the coldest night of the year.

Installation

Sized to Your Home, Installed in a Day

Trane heating and cooling equipment family — thermostat, furnace, and outdoor units

A furnace should be sized to your house, not sold from a price sheet. We measure, calculate the load, and recommend a Trane system that fits — then our own certified installers handle the changeout, venting, and startup. Most replacements are done in a day, and financing through Wells Fargo is available on approved credit.

  • Free in-home evaluation by a licensed estimator — your system, layout, and airflow
  • A detailed quote within 48 hours: scope of work, equipment options, timeline, rebates, and upfront pricing
  • Permits, scheduling, and crew staging handled — you get a "Who's Coming to My House?" email before install day
  • Drop cloths and floor protection down; your old equipment removed and recycled
  • System startup, testing, and calibration, then a final walkthrough with you

Maintenance

Catch Problems While They're Small

An annual tune-up catches cracked heat exchangers, weak igniters, and airflow problems before they become no-heat calls. Our maintenance visits include a combustion check, filter and airflow inspection, and an honest report — if it's healthy, we say so.

Maintenance is proactive care, not fear-based selling: every visit runs our full 22-point inspection with each metric logged and reviewed, so recommendations come from data you can see — not pressure.

What a Furnace Tune-Up Covers

  • Full 22-point inspection with every metric logged
  • Combustion check and heat exchanger inspection
  • Igniter, filter, and airflow inspection
  • Cleaning and adjustments per manufacturer guidelines
  • An honest condition report — if it's healthy, we say so

We don't guess. We measure.

Furnaces FAQs

Tap any question to read the answer.

How much does a new furnace cost in Spokane?

Most furnace replacements we install run roughly $5,000–$9,000 installed, depending on the home's size, venting, and the efficiency tier you choose. Book an appointment and we'll give you an exact quote after a free in-home look.

How long does a furnace last?

Around 15–20 years with regular maintenance. If yours is past 15 and repairs are stacking up, replacement math usually starts winning — we'll show you both numbers honestly.

Should I repair or replace my furnace?

Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than a third of a new system and the furnace is past 12–15 years, replacement pays off. We quote the repair first so the decision is yours.

Do you install furnaces outside Spokane?

Yes — we install and service furnaces across Spokane County and into North Idaho, including Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, and Hayden.
