How We Work in Millwood
The little paper-mill town on the Spokane River is five minutes from our door — close enough that Millwood service calls often happen same-week.
Small houses heat beautifully with one right-sized unit. We'll size it honestly — a Millwood bungalow needs a different stove than a Valley rambler, and we stock both.

Millwood Home Stock
Compact 1920s–1950s homes with real chimneys and small, warm rooms. Wood and gas inserts sized honestly for the square footage — not oversized showpieces — are the right call here.
Permits & Inspections
The Town of Millwood coordinates with Spokane County on mechanical permits; we've run that route many times and build it into the schedule.
