Where is Falco's located and when are you open?
Our 6,000 sq ft showroom is at 9310 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. The service department typically runs Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, and technicians also run emergency calls.
Can I see fireplaces burning before I buy?
That is the whole point of the showroom: 100+ fireplaces, stoves, and systems on display, with dozens burning live so you can compare flame, heat, and sound side by side.
How do instant fireplace estimates work?
Pick any model on the site, answer a few questions about your project, and you get a genuine installed ballpark instantly, with a copy emailed to you. A free in-home appointment confirms the exact quote before any work is scheduled.
Are the products on your site available right now?
The catalog reflects what we sell and install; specific models rotate on the floor. Anything can be available at our showroom to see or order. Call and we will tell you what is burning today.

Do you install what you sell?
Yes. Our own NFI- and CSIA-certified, factory-trained team installs everything we sell: fireplaces, stoves, inserts, HVAC systems, and electrical. One crew, one standard.
My fireplace or furnace stopped working. What do I do?
Book a service appointment online or call 509-926-8911. The technician diagnoses first and documents the fix and price. You approve the number before any repair begins.
Do you service brands you don't sell?
In most cases, yes. Our service department works on the major hearth and HVAC brands across the region. Describe the unit when you book and we will confirm.
Do you service homes in North Idaho?
Yes. Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, and Rathdrum are part of our regular install and service map, alongside all of Spokane County.

What is the Spokane County wood stove rebate?
