Is there a minimum charge?
We quote small jobs flat when you book so there are no surprises — and batching several tasks into one visit is the best value.
Can you install a ceiling fan where there's no fixture?
Yes — we run the wiring, set a fan-rated box, and mount the fan. It's one of our most common small projects.
Do you install smart switches and dimmers?
All the major systems — and we'll make sure your fixtures and bulbs actually support dimming before anything goes in the wall.
My outlets are two-prong. Can they be grounded?
Often, yes — via a ground path or GFCI protection where code allows. We'll look at what your wiring supports and give you honest options.
